OUR STORY
Determined to create something better, we founded Lettings Riviera
Our story began when our founder grew tired of being constantly let down by traditional high street letting agents. As a landlord, they saw firsthand how little care many agencies had for the condition of their properties, whether tenants were properly vetted, or if rent was even paid on time. Instead of providing real management and support, agents seemed more focused on collecting their fees and moving on.
But the frustration didn’t start there. Having spent most of their university years as a tenant, they also knew what it felt like to be on the other side—chasing unresponsive agents for repairs, dealing with poor communication, and feeling like just another name on a contract. They understood that looking after tenants properly isn’t just the right thing to do—it also leads to better-maintained properties and long-term, happy tenancies.
